Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM HKT may begin processing the following business day.

• During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship worldwide using reliable services such as DHL, FedEx, and standard postal networks, depending on your location. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout, including:

• Standard Shipping (economical, with tracking)

• Express Shipping (faster delivery, fully tracked)

• Priority Shipping (premium speed with enhanced insurance and tracking)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Destination country or region

• Package weight and dimensions

• Selected shipping speed

• Any applicable remote area or security surcharges

All costs are transparently displayed before you complete your purchase, with no hidden fees.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

• Europe & United Kingdom: 8–16 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

Express Shipping typically reduces these times by 30–50%.

Please note that these are estimates and do not include potential customs clearance delays.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor delivery progress.

• Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

• You can also view your order status by logging into your BeFancyHair account.

Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at befancyhair@outlook.com. We can only modify shipping details before your order is dispatched.

International Orders: Customs & Import Fees

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping or product prices.

• We declare all packages accurately as “Hair Products” with the true purchase value. We do not mark shipments as “gifts” or underdeclare values.

Delivery Delays & Lost Packages

• While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, factors such as customs inspections, weather events, or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

• If your tracking information shows no movement for 10 or more business days, please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

• If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

• The address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible

• The package is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts

• Required customs fees are refused by the recipient

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
