At BeFancyHair, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to assist you with a straightforward and fair return process.
1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products must be in unworn, original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Customized wigs, clearance items marked "Final Sale," and opened hair care or adhesive products are not eligible for return unless defective.

For hygiene reasons, tried-on wigs must show no signs of styling, alteration, or damage.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within the eligible return period at befancyhair@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.

Please do not ship items back without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. BeFancyHair is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.

The inspection process typically takes 3–5 business days.

After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

If you paid via credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited back to that account.

For payments made via bank transfer, please ensure you have provided accurate banking details to avoid delays.

In certain cases, store credit or an exchange may be offered at our discretion.
6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired product.

This ensures you receive your new item promptly and avoids extended waiting periods.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

We will cover all associated return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
8. International Returns

Customers shipping returns from outside our primary service regions may be subject to additional shipping fees and longer processing times.

Refunds will be issued in USD. Any currency conversion differences or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.

BeFancyHair is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipment.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products marked "Final Sale"

Items not in original condition (e.g., removed tags, altered, or styled)
